Made for 20', 30' and 40' containers.
For 20' liner: 2400 x 2400 x 5900 mm

Material:
Co-extruded Polyethylene (PE)
150 microns(6 mil), FDA approved

Reinforcement bulkhead Polypropylene (PP) coated.

Loading:
Horizontal loading through loading tube in bulkhead, using pneumatic systems or conveyor with insertion mechanism.

Unloading:
Connect a hose to the discharge tube. The container is tilted, and transfer of bulk to silo by using gravity/air, a pump or pneumatic system.

Retention of bulkhead:
This liner shall be used in connection with 5 steel bars mounted in fixation straps at the container door opening (bulkhead).
Triangle boards is necessary to use in order to manager proper discharge.
