P4 Flexitank Standard Operating Procedure


1. Choosing the Correct Container



2. Preparation before Fitting of Flexitanks


Containers must be clean and free from from sharp edges or rough patches 



Lining of corrugated paper before fitting the flexitank


3. Fitting of Flexitanks

Placing the flexitank right in the middle of the container. to open up the flexitank as per the folds



Positioning the laminated bulkhead across the coitainer door



Fitting of metal bars with cable ties on laminated bulkhead



Full view from inside container after fitting of bulkhead is completed


Warning labels to be pasted on left hand container door. This will give clear instructions on safety precautions

Container is now ready for loading operation

4. Loading Procedure


Remove the protection cover from the stubby



Connecting the stubby and hose for loading



Container is now ready for loading. Please take note that loading procedure using a stubby is optional upon request

5. Discharging Procedure

Discharging procedure is complete



Removing of bulkhead is in progress. Upon the removal of bulkhead, the remaining residue can still be squeezed out as shown in the next slide


Folding the flexitank outwards and at the same time pressing the remaining residue in the flexitank



Upon the completion of the discharging, flexitank is being folded accordingly


Flexitank being packaged after the completion of the discharging operation.
