Pallets — Corrugated

All of JMP’s corrugated pallets are made from 100% recyclable materials and the glue used to assemble the components is non hazardous and odourless. Nails and splinters are also a thing of the past, items which were known to cause damage to products packed on wooden pallets.

One of Australia’s leading cardboard manufacturers tested the strength of these pallets and proved the different types of designs available had load bearing capacities ranging from 750kg to over 4 tonne! The extraordinary strength of these pallets is down to two key areas, quality of material and ingenuity of design. Such is the brilliant design of these pallets, the structural components and manufacturing process were awarded patents.

As you can see from the pictures, these pallets can be designed to accommodate pallet jacks. Pallets can also be designed with 2 or 4 way entry points depending on your requirements. In addition safe rackable pallets are available eliminating the need for hiring expensive wooden pallets for warehousing.

One of the biggest advantages of JMP’s corrugated pallet is that it can be made in almost any size you require, and quickly. If a customer has a specific design requirement it can be made and delivered within days! You tell us your size and load requirements and we’ll design a pallet to meet your needs.

To give you an example of the strength of material a standard 1100mm x 1100mm pallet pictured to the right weighs 6kg. Its tested load bearing capacity is 1 tonne but we put 2 tonne of desiccants on top and there were no structural weaknesses to be found. So you can be extremely confident that the recommended capacities will deliver day in day out.

Best of all JMP’s corrugated pallets are priced comparatively with wooden pallets and much lower than plastic pallets!

ALSO AVAILABLE - BULK BINS

JMP's collapsible bulk bins are essentially cardboard boxes on cardboard pallets, the difference is how they are attached to the pallet.

The 2 piece bulk bin comprises of a 4 way entry pallet, with a collapsible one piece box structure attached to the top surface of the pallet. A lid is then used to seal the goods within the pallet increasing security and stability. The 2 piece bin includes the swinging door feature in the front and back walls of the bin. Having this feature greatly reduces the risk of back injury by eliminating the need for people to lean over the top of the bin when loading product by hand.

When collapsed these bins are 1165mm x 1165mm with only a height of 160mm. Once assembled the bin height increases to 1420mm with an internal packing area of approximately 1145mm x 1145mm x 1300mm.

The 4 piece bulk bin also comprises of a 4 way entry pallet, however it has two collapsible L shaped structures which fold out and are stood upright to create the bin walls. A lid is then used to seal the goods within the pallet increasing security and stability.The 2 wall structures allow easy entry into the loading area. The first wall is assembled in 5 seconds and stands upright on its own. Goods can be packed around it locking it into the lip that comes up from the top of the pallet. Once the packing is complete the second wall and lid can be put into place. These bins also reduce the risk of back injury by eliminating the need for people to lean over the top of the bin when loading product by hand. Bulk bins are ideal for safe and discreet export packing, domestic distribution or warehouse storage. These bins are highly flexible and durable and thus are perfect for reuse.
