General Manager
After several years in the retail display industry, Andrew joined the JMP team to further assist the company's strong offerings to the Australian retail packaging market. After successfully managing some of JMP's most important retail customers, in early 2023 Andrew took over the reigns of running JMP as a purely retail and ecommerce packaging business.
Retail Sales Manager
Simon has been with JMP for over 20 years and helped founders Paul (his father) and Jeff develop JMP into a multi-million dollar award winning packaging business. Simon's focus has been on developing leading edge suppliers globally, whilst securing ethical and sustainable certifications such as GECA and FSC and of course managing some of the largest retail packaging accounts in Australia, including Myer, The Just Group and Accent Group, just to name a few.
Business Development Manager
Liz adds valuable global retail knowledge to the JMP team hailing all the way from her native New York. Having joined JMP in 2022, Liz has held several roles across global retail brands like Gap, which include store management, production manager and project coordinator. Liz utilises her depth of knowledge in management, production and procurement to service a large number of JMP's retail customers.
Business Development Manager
Connor joined the business in 2022 as an Assistant Account Manager to Andrew Washington. After being mentored by Andrew for more than a year, Connor was promoted in 2023 to the role of Business Development Manager, where he also manages many retail packaging accounts.
Business Development Manager
Adrianna had a strong sales background before joining JMP as an assistant to Simon O’Donnell. With her excellent administration and account management skills it was only a matter of time before Adrianna was promoted to BDM, where she manages and develops new business for some of Australia and the worlds most recognisable brands.

Harry joined JMP as Assistant Account Manager to help manage large retail brands such as Target. After less than a year at JMP, Harry’s excellent work ethic and relentess drive has seen him move into the BDM role where he now heads up the account management for Target along with many prominant Australian retail brands.
Transport Manager
Damien came to JMP more than 15 years ago in the role of Warehouse Manager, bringing with him a long history in warehousing and logistics. As Transport Manager, Damien now oversees our ever increasing transport and logistics requirements.
Founder
Jeff carries a wealth of knowledge in packaging and sourcing having been in the industry for over 50 years. For 12 of those years Jeff managed the Myer Account in his role as Sales Director at Charles R Gabb & Co and also held the title of National President of the Australian Institute of Packaging from 2000-2004. Jeff sold the business to the San Miguel Corporation in 2018.
Founder
Paul has been a business owner for over 40 years and has specialised in packaging and sourcing for the last 30. During this time Paul has travelled overseas on almost a monthly basis and has built up an impressive supply chain network for JMP. Paul sold the business to the San Miguel Corporation in 2018.
